I made a fresh wordpress installation on a different server (previous one had 20mb hosting space) and decided to import my old blog data.

I did not realised that I activated a TweetSuite widget that posts all my new blog posts on my Twitter account.

Wow! When I checked my Twitter homepage later it was flooded with every single post I’ve imported into the new installation. With links back to the posts. Terrible!

I had no intention of spamming anyone but now it appeared that I wanted to promote my blog quite desperately judging by the fact that links to all my posts were published on Twitter.

I would like to apologise to anyone who has felt offended by my post burst on Twitter.

Window Cleaning and Carpet Cleaning

I felt a bit dissappointed. It was smaller than last year’s and the fewer exhibitors did not have much to show. It took me a couple of hours to go through most stands. Last year I lost a whole day. Is it the credit crunch?

I thought it would be a nice idea to update the list of happy clients (well known brands ) on our website www.anyclean.co.uk. I haven’t done it for nearly 2 years and we have had some famous names using our services. Next thing in the webmaster’s diary which is actually…my diary  

I cabbie told me of a professor in finance who was talking on TV the other day. The guy had calculated that if the Government had given £100,000 to every legally working UK taxpayer 2 years ago (when small amounts of shit started to hit the US fans) the following results would have been achieved:

• No recession – imagine what a boost – everybody with a £100k in his bank account!!!
• No financial crisis – banks would have had tons of money to lend to whoever needed it
• Unprecedented economy growth
• £27b saving to the kind of money the Government had already spent to help the UK economy

If they could only had crystal balls…

A new addition to our family was delivered at 09:35 today! George Vassilev, a little great man, brought happiness and joy to our home. We wish him lots of health, happiness and luck!

My company has moved last week to new premises. Still in Dagenham, but twice the size of the previous office. Our new offices are 1,700 sq ft and have plenty of space. Our accounting manager, Dima, now has her own private do-not-disturb (:-)) office so…debtors beware!!!

We now have a dedicated visitors’ waiting area with comfortable armchairs, plasma TV (coming soon), coffee table etc. I am planning to install an amerivan billiard table in the waiting area in order to keep visitors entertained (not only visitors ).

I hope the new work environment will help our office girls increase those carpet cleaning and domestic cleaning bookings! In our new office we will be eating recession for breakfast!!!
